Carly Alford Smith
Carly Alford Smith is a member of both the Leasing and Transactional Groups and focuses on the leasing, acquisition and disposition of commercial office, retail, and industrial properties.
Carly received her J.D. from Georgia State University, cum laude. While in law school, she served as an Associate Research Editor of the Georgia State University Law Review. Carly graduated with Highest Pro Bono Distinction honors for her work with the Health Law Partnership, where she represented indigent clients in connection with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Atlanta Legal Aid.
Carly received her B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Spanish, from the University of Georgia. After completing her undergraduate studies, Carly taught elementary school in Donna, Texas for two years as a part of the Teach for America program.
