Kiran P. Misra
Kiran Misra’s practice covers both transactional and leasing work. Ms. Misra has experience in the acquisition and disposition of portfolio and single-asset industrial, multi-family, office, and mixed-use commercial properties. This experience includes the negotiation of acquisition and construction loans as both lender-side and borrower-side counsel. Ms. Misra also assists her clients with their real estate related corporate needs, such as the preparation of entity formation documents, operating agreements, and other organizational documents. Ms. Misra’s leasing practice includes representing landlords and tenants in retail, office, and industrial lease negotiation and drafting. She also assists clients with governmental permitting issues, telecommunications services agreements, general service agreements, easements, and construction contract negotiation and drafting.
Prior to joining Sheley, Hall & Williams, Ms. Misra practiced general real estate and local government law at a boutique municipal law firm in Atlanta. She has also served as the Staff Attorney for the Honorable Ural Glanville in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia. Ms. Misra began her career on the Real Estate Team at Seyfarth Shaw, LLP.
Ms. Misra received her B.A. from Dartmouth College and her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law.
