Madeleine Patton is an associate within the firm’s Transactional and Leasing practice groups. She assists with all aspects of the acquisition, development, and disposition of commercial real property, with a particular focus in the formation of joint ventures and privately offered real estate investment funds. In addition, Madeleine assists in representation of both landlords and tenants in various commercial office, retail, and industrial leasing transactions.
While at Emory University School of Law, Madeleine pursued a focus in Commercial Real Estate Law and Finance.
