Michael "Kip" Krieger
Michael “Kip” Krieger joined Sheley, Hall, & Williams, P.C., in 2018, and works with the firm’s transactional practice. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Krieger worked in Tallahassee, Florida, practicing business litigation and real estate transactions at the Manausa Law Firm, P.C., and Carlton Fields, P.A. Kip relocated to Georgia after realizing that the freakshow antics of Florida at large were not part of some temporary phase that would fade away.
Kip represents regional, national and local owners and developers in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, the negotiation and structuring of lending facilities, and the phase development of real property. Kip further actively works with developers in tailoring and acquiring tax-abatement incentive programs with the goal to maximize both asset value and downstream marketability and transferability.
Mr. Krieger obtained all of his degrees from Florida State University. He graduated with dual Bachelor’s degrees in History and Psychology in 2007, earning magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors, and graduated from the Florida State University College of Law, magna cum laude, in 2012.
The meager slivers of time in which Kip isn’t in the office he spends at home with his wife, Brooke, his feral corgi, Higgins, and his beautiful infant daughter, Kenna, the collective demands of which sometimes leave Kip wrestling with periods of exhaustion and hollowness. Both at home and at work, Kip prides himself on his compulsive candidness and unique sense of humor.
Sheley, Hall & Williams, P.C. is a professional corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Georgia.
