Kayla’s practice focuses on both transactional and leasing work for commercial properties. Her experience includes assisting developers, retailers, investors, and lenders in all aspects of commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development of retail, mixed use, industrial and office projects.
Prior to joining Sheley, Hall & Williams, Kayla was an associate on the real estate team at Troutman Pepper, LLP.
